      我本人有30余年教学教务工作经验，曾担任多年四星高中校长。从2003年办校至今，我校一直不断努力突破，多次被加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚省（BC省）教育部评为“最好的海外学校”。枫华作为一所国内为数不多的纯正的海外学校，在课程设置、教材选用、教师聘任、教学模式等方面和加拿大BC省完全一致，它拥有加拿大BC省的授权并接受其监管。
     我校与一般的普通高中有非常大的区别，具有以下几个特点：
     第一，语言环境好，在校园全方位享受纯正的英语教学。
     第二，获得欧美教育模式一致的教学体验，这意味着出国后能快速适应国外的生活与学习。
     第三，普通高中偏重考试成绩，我校更着眼于全面发展，终身成长。
      另外，在教学管理上我们重过程、重活动，通过科学的评估体系让学生自觉养成良好的学习习惯，让学习变得轻松高效。活泼的授课方式和小班化的教学让学生们在尽兴娱乐的同时，灵活掌握书本以外的知识。
      其次，我校崇尚个性教育，挖掘兴趣。学校开设了丰富多彩的社团课程，定期组织文化活动和社会实践活动，让学生得到最大限度的个性发展。我们有包括农学社、烹饪社、瑜伽课、曲棍球课、插花课程、武术、播音主持、公众演讲、乐队、摄影、年册制作等在内的50多个社团，充分衔接国外社团课程，帮助提高学生的综合素养。我们的老师在教学过程中，和学生平等交流，互相尊重，亦师亦友。
      当看到数千名枫华学子顺利获取海外各大名牌高校的录取通知书，抵达大洋彼岸展开他们新的学习和生活时，我作为一名枫华人，感到无比自豪。在我看来，枫华国际化教育的收获，绝不仅仅是成功地把一批批中国学生送往海外留学，更重要的意义在于塑造了孩子的品格，让孩子们收获了独立与梦想，收获了对西方文化的仿真体验，深化了对中国文化的认知和眷恋。枫华的学子毕业时，他们将是最棒的——自信、成熟、积极向上的年轻一代，他们将用丰厚的综合素养实现未来的目标。
