上周，常州威雅公学的学生参加了“铭记历史，自强不息”的爱国主义教育主题活动，并参观了南京大屠杀纪念馆。

在学习了有关第一次世界大战、第二次世界大战以及南京大屠杀的相关历史之后，学生们在彩纸上写下了他们的所思所想，并将寄托着思考和感悟的彩纸折成了五彩缤纷的千纸鹤。

11月1日，老师和学生们来到南京大屠杀纪念馆，在石碑旁敬献了千纸鹤花环。

Last week our pupils under the theme of "Remembering History and Constantly Striving for Self-improvement" visited the Nanjing Memorial Museum.  

Having watched documentaries about WW1, WW2 and the Nanjing Massacre our pupils wrote thoughts and reflections on colored paper. These were then folded into thousands of paper cranes.
