On 18th September, SUIS-GB welcomed over 15 principals and teachers from Beijing National Day School.  

9月18日北京十一学校校长田俊，十一盟校青岛中学校长汪正贵等一行十五人来我校进行友好访问，并与我校两位校长进行了深入座谈。

After introductions and welcoming our visitors, Co-Principal Ms Chen and Vice Principal Mr Dumble gave a presentation to the visitors with information regarding the unique characteristics of our school; its culture and educational philosophy. The visitors then toured around the campus and engaged in an animated conversation about the features of our school. A short interactive talk was given on teachers’ professional development and university counseling service. 

在简短的欢迎仪式上，陈杰妮校长和Dumble副校长相继致辞，对远道而来的同仁们表示热烈欢迎，希望今后进一步加强校际交流，相互学习，共同进步。

在校园参观的过程中，十一学校及盟校的同事们对我校的多元课程和文化有了初步的了解，并饶有兴趣地走进专业教室，实验室，图书馆和剧场等地进行观摩，与教师和学生热情攀谈和交流。

在随后的交流会谈中，Dumble校长主要介绍了我校的办学理念，管理架构，学生活动等方面。北京十一学校及盟校的同事对我校教师专业发展和大学升学指导方向非常感兴趣，与Dumble副校长等人就此进行了深入的沟通。

This successful visit from BNDS has enhanced the friendship between teachers and management from both schools. The leadership teams also indicated their strong interest to maintain a cooperative relationship, strengthen the ties between them in the future and to work together to continue to cultivate brilliant learners.

此次的访校是个良好的开端，校长们表示，希望接下来能有机会在多个层面进行专题地、深入地交流，互相学习，互相研究，促进共同的发展。
