Participating in the MicroBiz! Business Simulation Competition was the first time for me to have a real-world practice. As a novice, I desired to accumulate experience and lay the foundation for future business-related events. According to the requirements of designing products, each team needed to associate with improving the poverty of the countryside. Initially, I led my group members to search for information on the internet, and we also contacted some people in the countryside to seize the most significant points. After careful consideration, we determined to concentrate on improving rural education, and with several improvements, we finally designed a product that combined the projection and vocality, which could project teaching materials onto the wall. To our great joy, it got the highest score among all the products. During the operational process, I recounted the rules to my team members and then divided them into two groups. One collected network information and the other went to the countryside to conduct field research. The efficiency of negotiation and investment favorably boosted. Although we ultimately won no prize, as a beginner, I gained much in the competition, and fortunately, our whole team received praise from the advisors.

In one team, if each individual supports, helps, and unites with each other, the endless power can create unimagined possibilities. Teamwork is significant not only in the business competitions but in the enterprises. As for leadership, understanding how to better communicate with members and undertake the responsibility can lead the team success, which is also my goal to work. In a nutshell, attending the competition is the first step of my exposure in the business field. I will keep moving forward to explore  its mysteriousness and interestingness with my enthusiasm.
